We are looking for an Agency Contractor- Partner Marketing to work on a client project with F5

The role

In the role of Agency Contractor-Partner Marketing you are responsible for the planning, developing, and managing campaign kits and monitoring AND tracking the MDF Portal.

What will you do

We need a Partner Marketing Specialist who will drive the following areas.

Planning:
  • Working with the regions to ensure timely MDF POR submission, review and sign-off before partners submit in VISTEX (MDF Portal)
  • Ensuring sufficient fund in fund wallets for partners to execute programs
  • Auditing and approving MDF claims in line with our compliance guideline
  • Onboarding partners and partner marketing managers to VISTEX portal and MDF operations
  • Ensuring smooth running of MDF approval and claim process
  • Ability to work with partners to ensure that they submit project request and claims in accordance with requirement and in a timely manner
  • Time to time raising of PR to ensure sufficient fund is set aside to support quarterly MDF utilization through VISTEX
  • Working with F5 finance (China and Singapore) to ensure timely dispatch of MDF to VISTEX for processing claims
  • Making sure that regions fully utilize their MDF funds in VISTEX (and free up any unused funds by end of M1)

MDF Utilization Tracking

  • Tracking partners’ performance (PIO, MSP) for the activity base and to assess the overall impact as well

Campaign Kits

  • Working with global and theatre to develop/localize/communicate availability of Partner Marketing Campaign Kits by
