B2b Lead Generation for our Esteemed clients
  • Hiring and training of telemarketers
  • Supervising the daily flow of telemarketing staffs.
  • Coordinating with campaign manager and clients to develop call scripts for telemarketers.
  • Establishing targets for the telemarketers.
  • Monitoring the performance of the team.
  • Maintaining customer relationship
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
About your experience:
  • 3-4 years’ experience in handling sales team or telemarketers’ team
  • Strong managerial and sales skill
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Must be fluent in Bahasa
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in telesales will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools would be added advantage
  • Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field preferred

Reports to: Campaign Manager- Indonesia
