Overview We are looking for an Account Based Marketing and Industry Marketing Manager to support an ABM client project with Adobe.

The role The Asia Account Based Marketing and Industry Marketing Manager will lead innovative and impactful marketing to their largest Financial Industry customers cross Asia. This role will own development, implementation, execution, and measurement of ABM programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Asia leadership team, Enterprise Sales team, Digital Strategy team, and Regional Marketing teams.
What you’ll do You will own and drive the following areas:
Develop annual 1-1 ABM marketing strategy & programs for key FSI accounts in Asia and quarterly plans to deliver account revenue & pipeline aligned with customer needs and sales objectives.
Build and own the quarterly execution project plan to deliver key programs through-out the quarter.
Ability to work with internal industry evangelists and solution consultants to build insight to guide the ABM plans for 1-1 account engagements.
Work closely with field sales & cross functional teams to understand customers to design and implement outstanding experiences that deliver measurable results in FSI key accounts.
Lead the account team with out of the box approach by providing industry insights and innovative programs that help result account growth.
Develop personalized messaging and assets to drive 1:1 marketing programs in partnership with matrixed organisations around the global.
Look for opportunities to scale the unscalable ABM in planning, content, etc and implement best practices to continually set a higher standard.
Responsible for delivering results on each program including the insights, analysis, reporting and communication of campaign results to the broader team.
Introduce innovative new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways and thereby achieve results.
What you need to succeed
10 years+ experience in B2B marketing in Enterprise, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).
At least 2 years of Account Based Marketing, leading process for key accounts with proven experience developing account strategy, plans, tactics that deliver results.
Good understanding of Financial Services Industry to build and review customized content for FSI customers in Asia.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations and in remote working environment.
Exceptional ability to build a strategy, project manage, multi-task, delegate and prioritize work to deliver to growth goals.
Strong numeric skill set, able to analyse data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimise results.
Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature.
Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Experience working in an international, Asia wide organization preferred.
