B2b Lead Generation for our Esteemed clients
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Set up telephone or face to face appointments with the prospect and Satisfic client.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Submit daily activities and lead generation information to Satisfic campaign manager.
About your experience:
  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skill
  • Exceptional customer service skill
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools would be added advantage
  • Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills


  • Graduate in any field preferred
  • High School / diploma
