B2b Lead Generation for our Esteemed clients
About your experience:
2-3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa
Excellent phone and cold calling skill
Exceptional customer service skill
Strong analytical abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools would be added advantage
Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Set up telephone or face to face appointments with the prospect and Satisfic client.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Submit daily activities and lead generation information to Satisfic campaign manager.
Qualifications
Graduate in any field preferred
High School / diploma
Reports to: Telemarketer Lead
