The role
In the role of Asia Account Based Marketing (ABM) & Industry Marketing Manager for Enterprise Accounts, you are responsible for planning, developing, executing and optimizing Account Based Marketing experiences (1-1 & 1-few) that deliver bookings & pipeline for the enterprise business. The role will support the client’s Asia Field Marketing team and will partner closely with Asia field sales & marketing, regional teams including campaign/content, events/exec engagement, digital and production teams. The role will be focused around their top Transformation accounts as well as key Industry cluster programs for FSI, Manufacturing & Telco.
Planning:
  • Develop annual ABM Marketing strategy & programs and quarterly plans to deliver Marketing Bookings & Pipeline goals aligned with customer needs & sales objectives.
  • Partner with Field Sales & Marketing to build ABM marketing programs that deliver on their specific briefs in partnership with internal ABM COE & external ABM agencies.
  • Build & own the quarterly execution project plan to deliver key programs through-out the quarter in partnership with country field marketing managers across the region.
  • Ability to work with agencies & research vendors to provide insight to guide the Account Plans & ABM strategy.

Campaigns:

  • Partner with field & regional marketing teams to understand customers to design & deliver amazing experiences that deliver measurable results in each customer segment.
  • Work closely with sales to motivate account executives to invite customers, participate in programs and ensure strong follow-up to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Develop personalized messaging & assets to drive 1:1 and 1:few industry marketing programs in partnership with matrixed organisations around the global.
  • Project manage the end to end deliver of key local programs including Briefing, Targeting, Content, Marketing Automation Execution, Analytics/reporting etc.
  • Coordinate a wide mix of marketing tactics including Events (virtual, F2F, 3rd party), Exec (roundtables, hospitality, immersive experiences), ABM personalized experiences.
  • Look for opportunities to scale the unscalable ABM in planning, content, social etc and implement new processes & best practices to continually raise the bar.
