We are looking for an Events Manager to support a client project with Adobe.

The role
In the role of Asia Event & Executive Specialist for Enterprise Accounts, you are responsible for planning, developing, executing and optimizing event experiences that deliver bookings & pipeline for the enterprise business. The role will be part of the Asia Field Marketing team and will partner closely with Asia field sales & marketing, regional teams including campaign/content, events/exec engagement, digital and production teams.
You are an experienced B2B marketer who knows how to create amazing experiences including large scale regional events, highly differentiated executive engagements, 1-1 ABM initiatives and small scale webinars. Adobe is looking for someone with boundless energy, ideas and a passion to learn who can deliver results in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
Marketing team and will partner closely with Asia field sales & marketing, regional teams including campaign/content, events/exec engagement, digital and production teams. The role will be focused around their top Transformation accounts as well as key Industry cluster programs for FSI, Manufacturing & Telco.

What you’ll do

We need a Marketing Specialist who will drive the following areas:

Planning:
  • Input into annual and quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) to deliver Marketing Bookings & Marketing Pipeline goals.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to build Event & Executive marketing programs that deliver on their specific briefs.
  • Build & own the quarterly execution project plan to deliver key programs through-out the quarter.

Campaigns:

  • Partner with field & regional marketing teams to understand customers to design & deliver amazing experiences that deliver measurable results in each customer segment.
  • Work closely with sales to motivate account executives to invite customers, participate in programs and ensure strong follow-up to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Project manage the end to end deliver of key local programs including Briefing, Targeting, Content, Marketing Automation Execution, Analytics/reporting etc.
  • Coordinate a wide mix of marketing tactics including Events (virtual, F2F, 3rd party), Exec (roundtables, hospitality, immersive experiences), ABM personalized experiences.

Results:

  • Responsible for delivering results on each program including the insights, analysis, reporting & communication of campaign results to the broader team.
  • Introduce innovative new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways and thereby achieve results.
  • Automate Event workflows to streamline end to end process to ensure a high quality experience for customers & internal teams & enable scale across Asia.
What you need to succeed
  • Relevant University degree – Business, Commerce etc
  • 5+ years’ experience in Event & Exec Marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).
  • Multi-language highly sought after. English, Chinese preferred – lower priority Korean.
  • Proven success in developing customer-focused event strategies including valuation of return and optimization using innovative approaches.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations & in remote working environment.
  • Exceptional ability to project manage, multi-task, delegate and prioritize work to deliver to growth goals. Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Proven success in delivering best of breed marketing strategies including Digital, Webinar, Events, Account based marketing experience
  • Strong numeric skill set, able to analyse data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimise results.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Great follow through and attention to detail
  • Experience working in an international, Asia wide organization preferred.
